I had the Greek gyro with the Greek side salad. The salad was fresh and delicious. The gyro was a fun change from the traditional gyro having the added fries inside. We will for sure be coming back.

The new Louis is almost as good as I remember the old Louis. I’ve gone to Louis countless times during my youth all the way up until they closed. There are two things that stand out to me as the best it’s the Gyro omelette and the pancakes. With the excitement building, I was shaking when I went into The Original Louis Cafe. New location, supposedly the same menu and recipes. I was excited. I ordered the Gyro omelette with a stack of pancakes on the side. My quest was finally over. I asked for a side of hollandaise. They always used to have it. No Hollandaise. So my omelette was great, but not a recreation of the old days. Terrific omelette and hashbrowns. No hollandaise. Then the stack of pancakes came. I was expecting 3 cakes to cover the entire plate, be like 6 inches high (exaggerating for effect), and be a golden brown and crispy on the sides. None of the above. They looked like any old pancakes you’d get anywhere. They weren’t thick, nor thin. And they weren’t crispy. At all. I used to eat 5 plate-size pancakes at one sitting. I know my Louis pancakes. These weren’t them. But there’s hope. Whatever spice they use in the batter, and ONLY Louis pancakes uses whatever it is, it was in there. The aftertaste of the pancakes was excellent. Like the old Louis. Maybe the cook was new, had a bad day, or wasn’t trained. I’m really looking forward to the thick, crisp, risen pancakes that I remember the next time I stop in. I enjoyed the food and will be back again.

I'd give six stars if Google would let me. This is either a great American Cafe that also serves homemade Greek food, or a great Greek Restaurant that also serves up great American Cafe food. I'll leave it for you to decide. We ordered French Toast which came with two eggs to order and a choice of meat. I love Greek food and I also ordered a side of Spanacopita. Everything was fantastic. The Spanacopita was prepared to perfection. I highly recommend this as a starting point for those who are new to Greek fare. Opa!

Was very good food, I had breakfast, eggs, bacon and hash browns, hash browns were excellent! Others had the gyros and Greek salad, both were excellent, the Reuben was also very good. Prices were very reasonable and service was good. I'd recommend it to anyone and will be back in my next trip
